They need software that thinks the way the operation thinks. A solar O&M engineer and a cold storage facility manager have nothing in common except that generic energy software fails both of them.
We build different software for each, on a shared technical foundation. We generalize only when the underlying patterns are proven across multiple operators in a single industry.
The people doing the work are our primary users.
Most enterprise software is sold to executives and used by operators. The execs sign the contract; the operators carry the burden of bad tooling.
We invert the priority. The people doing the work are our primary users; the people reporting on the work are downstream beneficiaries. Software earns its place by making the operation better, not by producing prettier reports.
Intelligence belongs everywhere. Automation belongs in some places.
Closed-loop control is appropriate in some places and inappropriate in others. We're conservative about where we recommend automation and aggressive about where intelligence belongs.
The operator stays in the loop until the loop is genuinely safe to close — and we tell you honestly when that is.

Your data stays yours. We collect only what the software needs, retain it only as long as the operation requires, and never share it without explicit permission. Every access is logged.
Security
Defense in depth — encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, key management, and network segmentation. We test independently, and we document incidents honestly.
