The basics.
What does Zebblo do?
Zebblo has two products. Optimize analyses the energy data your site already has, finds waste, tariff leaks and penalties, tells your team what to fix first, and verifies the savings. Audit & Report turns the same data into evidence for ISO 50001, energy audits and sustainability reports.
Who is Zebblo for?
Energy-intensive sites. Our main focus is cold chain: cold storage, food processing and dairy, pharma warehousing and refrigerated retail. The same method applies to industrial sites where motors, compressed air, hydraulics or process heat drive the bill. We also work with energy consultants, auditors and data-logging companies as partners.

Our main markets are India, Germany and West Asia. We also work with customers and partners elsewhere. Ask us.
What is the free Scan?
You send us 12 months of electricity bills. We analyse your tariff, demand charges, power factor and generator use. You get a report with estimated savings within 5 working days. There is no commitment.
How we get your data, without new hardware.
We start with what you already have. More data adds detail, but it is never a precondition.

Do I need to install new hardware?
No. Zebblo works with data you already have: your electricity bills, interval data from your utility meter, or exports from existing meters, SCADA, BMS or vendor portals. If more detail would add real value later, we will recommend it, and only then.
Where does interval meter data come from?
Many industrial and commercial meters record consumption every 15 or 30 minutes. You can ask your utility for this load survey data. Some utilities offer it in an online portal. We help you with the request.
What about systems I already have on site?
Many sites have energy meters in their electrical panels, often connected to a SCADA, PLC or BMS that can export data. Plants often have process historians. Solar inverter portals, generator controllers, refrigeration controllers and temperature loggers are also useful sources.
What is a logger campaign?
When we need more detail, a qualified electrician clips portable loggers onto your main equipment for 2 to 4 weeks. There is no shutdown and no rewiring. We remove the loggers afterwards.
Can you find out how much each machine uses from the main meter only?
Partly. With 15-minute data we can split your load into broad parts, such as base load and weather-driven load. For large machines such as compressors, a short logger campaign or plant system data gives a more accurate picture.
Who owns the data?
You do. You give Zebblo access, and you can withdraw it at any time. Zebblo only reads data and cannot change settings on your equipment.
Is my data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. It is hosted in India or in Europe, depending on where your site is. Access is limited to people who need it for your project. Zebblo does not hold security certifications yet.
How we prove the numbers.
How do you calculate savings?
We follow IPMVP, the international protocol for measuring and verifying energy savings. We build a model of what your site would have used without any changes, correct it for outside temperature, stored or production volume, and operating hours, and compare it with what you actually used.
Who agrees the baseline?
You and Zebblo agree the baseline together before we start. Both sides sign it.
What happens if my site changes?
The contract lists events such as a new chamber or line, a change in products or a shutdown. When one happens, we adjust the baseline in the way we agreed in advance.
Does Zebblo control my equipment?
No. Zebblo recommends actions. Your team decides and carries them out. Every action goes into the Action Log, so you can see what was done and what it saved.
Does Zebblo work for industrial sites?
Yes. Zebblo uses data from meters, SCADA and historians. We start with one agreed use case and prove it on your historical data before anything goes live.
How fast will I see results?
Many tariff and scheduling savings are possible within the first month. Your first savings statement comes after 30 days.
How you pay.
How does Pay on Results work?
Pay on Results applies to Optimize. You pay a small platform fee per site each month, plus a share of the savings we verify: 30% in year 1, 25% in year 2 and 20% from year 3.
Why is there a platform fee?
It covers the cost of running the service for your site. It also keeps both sides committed to the result.
What if there are no savings?
You pay only the platform fee. The savings share is zero.
What does Audit & Report cost?
It is an add-on per site per month, and included in Enterprise. See the Pricing page.
Is there an option without a savings share?
Yes. The Fixed Plan has one fixed fee per site and no share.
What is the minimum term?
24 months for Pay on Results. 12 months for the Fixed Plan.
Audits and reports.
Does Zebblo help with ISO 50001?
Yes. Audit & Report prepares the energy review, performance indicators, baselines, action records and verified savings. Your auditor or consultant still leads the certification.
Is Audit & Report only for Germany?
No. It is built for the German Energy Efficiency Act and energy audits, and it also covers ISO 50001, BRSR and CSRD supplier requests in every market.
Does Zebblo help with the German Energy Efficiency Act (EnEfG)?
Yes. Audit & Report supports implementation plans and evidence of savings. Thresholds may change, so we check your obligations with you.
Can Zebblo help with sustainability reporting?
Audit & Report provides energy and emissions data per site. This supports SEBI BRSR in India and supplier data requests from customers that report under CSRD in the EU.
